The work that ranks third in the contest Ecocartoons 2008 belonging to Mr. Julio Carrion (Karry) was second at the Man & Nature International Cartoon Web Contest 2008 with theme "Drought & Water".
An author can not be won for the second time using the same cartoon
I hope to rectify this impasse
